Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, 11/18/19. The provider does not have any children registered for care. A review of standards was completed, there are several standards that cannot be determined due to no children in care. We discussed that the Sworn Disclosure statements. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your inspector. Inspection began: 1:15 pm and ended 2:45 pm.
Based on interviews and observation the provider failed to have a landline telephone. Evidence: 1. The provider stated that she does not have a landline phone at this time.
Plan of Correction:
The provider has a cellphone. The provider will check into getting a landline phone.
