Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted 6/16/2022. Inspection began 11:32 am end ended 12:35 pm. One child in care totaling one point with one caregiver. Upon arrival to the home the provider was in town running errands. Upon arrival the provider and child exited the car. The child was in the appropriate child restraints for age. We discussed that the children are not allowed in the basement and that the provider has a plan to clean out this area. A record review of one child's record and one staff record. Thank you for your cooperation.
Based on record review the provider failed to have a current certification in CPR, as appropriate to the age of the children in care. Evidence: Staff #1 CPR certification expired 4/3/2022.
