A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/13/2019 from 9:40am to 11:10am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance there were five children ages five months old to two years old 14 points) in care with two caregivers. Children were observed playing with toys and doing learning activities. Records were reviewed for five children and five caregivers/household members. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
