An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 16, 2023. The inspector arrived at 11:15am and departed at approximately 12:15pm. Present in the home were five children, totaling 10 points, and two providers. Children were observed during circle time, story time, and group time. First Aid kits and emergency preparedness documents were observed. A sample size of seven children's records were reviewed and two staff records. No medication is being administered to children in care and no children's injuries were reported. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
