An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from approximately 2:15 PM until 4:00 PM to follow-up on the submitted Intensive Plan of Correction. During the inspection, the licensing inspector nine staff and / or board officer members? records and one child?s record was reviewed. A member of management stated there were no medications present at the center. One new child has been enrolled since the previous inspection and the record was found to be in compliance. Additional checklists were reviewed and found to be in compliance with the Intensive Plan of Correction. No violations were cited during the inspection.
