A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/18/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 9 children, ages 6 months-6 years, totaling 21 points, and 3 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 3 caregiver records during the inspection. The provider stated that medication is not administered. Children were observed in the following activities: in free choice play, having lunch, during learning activities and preparing for nap. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed subsidy and nutrition with the provider. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
