Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on concluded on May 1, 2024. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not ensure all staff who work directly with children shall have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Evidence : Staff #2 CPR expired February 2024.
Plan of Correction:
A training will be schedule for the staff with the Health Coordinator.
