An unannounced inspection was conducted on November 28, 2023 as a result of a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing office on November 16, 2023. This inspection was conducted from 11:45 a.m. through 12:40 p.m.
Interviews were conducted with 3 staff. One children's record was reviewed.
Information gathered during this inspection does not support the allegations, therefore the complaint is not valid.
