This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection, was initiated on 10/20/2020 and concluded on 11/17/2020. A self-reported incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of Programs . The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. Based on interview and video footage, there is not a preponderance of evidence to substantiate the allegation. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
