An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 24, 2024 approximately 11:30 am to 11:50 am. A walk-through of two classroom was condcuted. There were 39 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The children were on a field trip to the Zoo. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
