A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on January 8, 2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Provider and assistant were present with seven children, totaling 18 points. Five children's records, the provider record and one assistant record were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
