An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:15pm-2:15pm. There were 113 children in the direct care and supervision of 18 staff members. A sample size of 10 children's records, 4 staff records, the first aid kit, 2 emergency medications, emergency materials, evacuation drills, and the physical plant were reviewed. Children were observed eating lunch, taking a nap, being fed bottles, playing with toys, washing hands, and listening to music.
