An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:00am-1:20pm. There were 110 children in the direct care and supervision of 16 staff members. A sample size of 10 children's records, 4 staff records, 5 injury report logs, evacuation drills, emergency materials, the first aid kit, the playground, and the physical plant were reviewed. The children were observed creating art, having yoga class, playing outside on the playground, eating lunch (lentil soup with veggies, breadstick, pineapple, and milk), and singing songs.
