Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 5, 2024 from approximately 10:15 am to 11:10 pm. Three staff were present with eleven preschool age children. Children were observed participating in circle time and large group games. Five child records were reviewed. Violations found are noted on the violation notice.
Based on observation, facility did not ensure medication is labeled with the child's name.
Evidence: Allergy medication stored in the locked medicine cabinet was not labeled with the child's name.

Medication was labeled immediately during inspection.
