This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a hybrid protocol including an on-site visit as well as some interviews conducted remotely.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 03/14/2022 and completed on 03/14/2022. A complaint was received by the department on 03/08/2022 regarding an allegation in the areas of Staffing and Supervision and Administration. There were 102 children in the care of 16 staff members. Eight staff members were interviewed and one staff member's record was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid."
