Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 8/21/19. There were 19 children present with three staff supervising. Three children's records and three staff records were reviewed. No medications were observed at the center.
The inspector arrived at the school at 2:35 pm and departed at 4:30 pm.
The children were observed during afternoon snack, during free time/homework time, and during outside time.
Based on observation and interview, the center failed to ensure that the required nonmedical emergency supplies were working.
Evidence:
1. There was a radio observed that was not working. The site director verified that the radio did not work.
Plan of Correction:
The site director ordered a radio online during the inspection.
