An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 1/24/2020. There were 18 children present with two staff supervising and three staff after 3:30 pm. Five children's records were reviewed. Two staff records had been previously reviewed and the third staff record will be reviewed at the next scheduled staff record review. There was one emergency medication reviewed. Staff had the appropriate Medication Administration Training (MAT) for this medication.
The inspector arrived at the center at 3:00 pm and departed at 4:00 pm.
The children were observe during snack and during free play time.
