Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 29, 2019 from 10:05 a.m. through 1;30 p.m. This inspection was initiated from a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing Office on August 28, 2019 relating to the allegations of ratio and building cleanliness. Interviews were conducted with five staff and the facility was toured. Five staff and four children's records were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is not valid.
