An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on March 20, 2024 jointly with local Department of Social Services based on the allegation of staff interactions. This inspection was conducted from 11:00 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. The facilities video recording and documentation was reviewed along with the interview of one staff member. One staff record was reviewed.
Information gathered did not support the allegation, therefore the complaint is unfounded.
