An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on from 3:50 p.m. to 4:35 p.m. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child record, 1 staff record and 1 household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
