A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on June 26, 2023 from 9:25 am to approximately 11:25 am. There were a total of 3 children present with 2 caregivers for a total of five points.
During the inspection, the children and the vendor were observed participating in storytime. The caregivers were observed having positive interactions with the children and one caregiver was observed taking the children on a walk during the inspection. The vendor home is equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children.
All areas of the vendor home, including: play areas, kitchen, hallways, playground, and bathroom were inspected.
No medication is being administered. During the inspection, four children?s records and two caregiver records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
