An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that report for details). SHSI requirements were reviewed. Two allergy action plans were reviewed and in compliance. Based on observation and documentation review, SHSI requirements were met and no violations were issued.
