An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 3:30 - 6:00 pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that report for details). The last documented lock down drill was conducted: 11/19/19. There were no children with diagnosed food allergies present and no medication to review, however onsite staff had current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT).
