A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 25, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:45 am through 1:20 pm. Upon arrival, there were 21 children ranging in ages from 8 months through 5 with 6 staff supervising. Five children records and seven staff records were reviewed.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
