The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 10:00 am - 11:15 am. There were seven preschool children in care with three staff. The children were observed playing in the centers. Five children's records were reviewed. Violations from the previous inspection were also reviewed and had been corrected. The center children are not using the playground. The children will not use the playground until resilient surfacing is added and maintenance issues are addressed.
