Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/1/2024 There were 11 children present with 3 staff present. Children were observed arrived to school, participainting in multiple activites in classroom and partipating imagination activity. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies. A total of 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 8:40am and concluded at 9:45am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the facility did not ensure all background checks are completed every five years.
Evidence: Staff #1 most recent sworn was November 28, 2018, Central Registry results was December 27, 2018 and Fingerprint results was December 5, 2018.
Staff #2 most recent Central Registry results was December 17, 2018 and Fingerprint results December 6, 2018.
Staff #3 most recent sworn was November 15, 2018, Central Registry results was December 27, 2018 and Fingerprint results was December 4, 2018.
Background checks need to be completed every five year The background checks were more than 5 years.
