Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/3/2023 and concluded on 4/3/2023. There were eight children present with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:25 am and concluded at 10:40 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record reviews the center failed to provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction. Evidence: The most recent fire inspection is dated1/4/2022.
Plan of Correction:
Contact has been made with the fire inspector requesting a fire inspection be completed.
