A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted June 7, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted on June 7, 2022 from 10:25 a.m. through 12:10 p.m. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
