An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted today from 3:20pm to 4:00pm. There were 22 school-agers directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed arriving to care, socializing, preparing to put on a puppet show. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
