1) 40K - the center shall develop written procedures for prevention of shaken baby syndrome or abusive head trauma;
2) 40L - the center shall inform all staff who work with children of children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions;
3) 550 - documentation shall be maintained of emergency evacuation, shelter-in-place, and lockdown drills

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm with the director. There were 31 children, ranging from four years to five years of age, present with six staff supervising. Children were observed playing outside on the playground, listening to a story and engaged in a teacher directed activity. Two children's records, two staff records, and one applicant/agent's record were reviewed and in compliance. One medication, along with it's authorization and allergy care plan was reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log, fire and health inspections were reviewed and in compliance.
