A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/24/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. 80 students were directly supervised by 11 staff members. Today?s inspection was conducted between approximately 10:05am and 12:20pm. The physical space, vendor and caregiver training certificates, allergy action plans, emergency drills, emergency reunification procedures, children's records and attendance records were reviewed. Required documents were posted. Food services and hazardous substances were discussed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
