A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on November 26, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection was from 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On this date, there were 31 children present in one group and in the care of five staff members. There were 81 children enrolled in the after-school program. Seven staff members' records and five children's records were reviewed and the program was observed. Four staff members and three children were interviewed. The medications and medication paperwork were reviewed for three children.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
