Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/23/19 from 10 am to 12:40 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 7 children present (19 points) in care of 2 caregivers. The children were observed getting fed, coloring and playing with toys. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
