A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/22/20 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 children (? points) in direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. The children were observed playing with dress up and home living toys, and doing circle time. There were no medications on site.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
