Technical assistance: Use of infant equipment and children's records.
Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/13/22 from 10:35 am to 11:40pm. There were 5 children (16 points) present in direct care and supervision of 1 staff. The children were observed engaged in free play and watching cartoons. There were no children with allergies or medications on site. 3 children's records, 2 staff records and emergency drill records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on records review, a child's record was not complete. Evidence: Child # 1's record was missing the liability insurance and medication authorization policy.
