Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/3/2022 from 12:54 pm-2:00 pm. There were 8 children (23 points) supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely, eating lunch, and napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on observation and interview, the provider did not adhere to the requirements for using topical skin products.
