A unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider. There were five children in care ranging in age from one year to two years old. Total of 14 points. Children were observed during rest time and free play. Four staff and three children's records were reviewed. All required paper work was posted. Based on review of five staff files not all completed the required 16 hours of annual training. Evidence: Staff A completed 15 hours of annual training and Staff B completed 13 hours of annual training.
Plan of Correction:
All staff will complete the missing hours and will complete the required 16 hours of training.
