An investigation was initiated on 7/21/22 in response to a complaint received by the department on 5/2/22 regarding allegations in the areas of supervision and infant feeding. An on-site inspection was conducted on 8/3/22. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation related to the allegations were reviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
