Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 35 children in care, with a total of 8 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. The children were engaged in activities reflecting the current "Dinosaurs" theme of the week including dinosaur bone art, dinosaur coloring projects, creative play, outdoor time, and water play.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of programming, staff training, the physical plant, emergency preparedness, background checks, children's records, and health records.

Based on a review of children's records, it was determined that one record does not contain all required information. Evidence: Child record A does not include each parent's employment contact information.
