Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 8:30 am to 9:45 am. There were 39 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
Children were observed participating in group play, individual play, and reading books, There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized.

Based on observation, the child day center did not have during the center's hours of operation, one adult on the premises in charge of the administration of the center. Evidence: 1. Upon Licensing arrival around 8:30 am, the child day center did not have one adult on premises in charge of the administration.
