An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/23/2023 from 3:55 pm to 5:21 pm. At the time of entrance, 54 children, ages 5 to 8 years old, were in care with 4 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records. Staff records are maintianed off site and four staff records were reviewed remotely on 10/24/2023. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in table top games and activities, and playing gross motor games in the gymnasium. Hand washing and table sanitizing were observed. One medication, kept on site for emergency use, was reviewed with regard to storage and written authorization.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
