A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/18/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 48 children present and 4 staff. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. The vendor had 1 medication, which was reviewed by the inspector. The inspector arrived at the facility at 3:15 PM and departed at 5:15 PM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
