A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/11/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at the center at 2:35 PM and departed at 4:45 PM. There were 47 children in care with 5 staff providing care and supervision. Five children's records were reviewed on this date and three staff records were reviewed at another site on 02/10/2020. This vendor had one medication and that medication was assessed as well. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
