A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on December 13, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival there were a total of twelve (12) children ages 5-10 years old present under the direct care & supervision of three (3) caregivers. Adult to child ratios were in-compliance upon arrival & throughout the inspection. LI Anderson observed children during arrival/departure procedures, bathroom/hand washing procedures, snack/meal served, group activities, self-initiated activities and homework/quiet time.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were NO violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the Site Director on 12/13/2019 & the Program Director on 12/18/2019.
