Please ensure that mobile play equipment on the outdoor play space is always located over resilient surfacing when being utilized by children in care.

A compliance inspection to monitor the requirements for Religiously Exempt Child Day Centers was conducted on 9/9/19 from 12:00 p.m to 1:55 pm. At the time of arrival the following staff to child ratios were observed:
13 children, 3 years old, with 2 staff
10 children, three to four years old, with 2 staff
12 children, four years old, with 2 staff
4 children 10- 13 months old with 2 staff
5 children, 8 to 20 months old, with 2 staff
7 children, 2 years old, with 2 staff
4 children, 6 to 11 months old, with 2 staff
The records sample size consisted of 17 staff records.
Classroom observations were made and children were observed playing on centers, eating lunch which the children bring from home, and resting quietly at nap time. Handbooks and posted information were reviewed and the center director was interviewed regarding center policies and procedures. The facility, to include all indoor areas used by children in care, as well as the outdoor play space were observed.
Staff report that the program does not transport children in a vehicle.
