A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/12/2020 from 3:20 P.M.-5:30 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspection 17 children were in the care of two staff, one site manager, and one administraor. Five children records, four staff records, two agent background checks, four injury reports, emergency evacuations, first aid kits, emergency supplies, parent handbook, injury prevention plan, playground safety plan, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during arrival, free choice activities that included games, books, art activities, handwashing, snack time, homework time, gross motor play in the gym, and departure. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
