An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted Friday, November 1, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at approximately 8:55 AM and concluded at approximately 11:00 AM. A total of 72 children were present during the inspection and the following staff to child ratios were observed:
Mini Class: 4 children and 2 staff
Threes: 13 children and 2 staff
Threes: 11 children and 2 staff
Fours: 15 children and 2 staff
Fours: 18 children and 2 staff
JK: 11 children and 2 staff
Children were observed creating turkeys, making a sticker collage, looking at books, counting and learning about pumpkins, working in writing journals, creating spider webs, drawing at the easel, playing with play-doh, playing outside, washing hands and taking bathroom breaks and eating snack. Ten children?s records and 10 staff records were reviewed. All areas of the center were inspected including the classrooms, hallways, bathrooms and outdoor play areas. Transportation is not provided. Policies and procedures were discussed and information disclosed to parents, guardians and public was reviewed. No violations were cited during the inspection.
