Licensing Inspector conducted an announced Subsidy Health and Safety Initial Inspection on June 15, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A Religiously Exempt monitoring inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
There were no children present during the inspection; therefor only staff records were reviewed. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the Religious Exempt Code are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Based on review of the Center's policies & procedures, the Vendor failed to develop a written policy and procedure that describes how the vendor will ensure that each group of children receives care by consistent staff or team of staff members.
EVIDENCE: Policy and procedure for continuity of care has not been developed.
Plan of Correction:
Director will develop and implement a written continuity of care policy and procedure. Upon completion all staff will receive training on the policy.
