Technical Assistance:
An exit interview was conducted with the director to discuss the results of today's inspection. Consultation was given regarding updated regulations in child/staff ratios, CPR certification, out of state searches, and accessing the department's website for notices, forms, and additional information. A copy of the new regulations was given to the director during this inspection.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, August 14, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at 10:45am and concluded at approximately 2:30pm. Administrative records, children's classrooms, restrooms, sanctuary, fellowship hall, outdoor playground, and common areas were inspected. See attached notice for violations found during this inspection.
