Comments:
An in person renewal study was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. Children were observed playing outdoors, painting, washing hands and drawing.

The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the Director for signatures. LI was present today from 11:25AM - 12:25PM.
Based on a review of records, one staff record did not contain documentation of a completed Central Registry Search (CPS). Evidence: 1 of 3 staff records reviewed did not contain a completed CPS search result. (Staff A).
Plan of Correction:
A new form will be filled out and submitted.
